A Comprehensive And Well Loved Program

Start On Your Path Of Becoming A Family/Community Herbalist

  • Classes will meet one Friday evening a month beginning September 2019. Outdoor learning will take place as the seasons allow.

  • Class meets two Saturdays: one in the fall and one in the spring for 3 hours of outside learning in the garden.

  • This course will use World-Renowned Herbalist Rosemary Gladstar’s beautiful 10 module study book, a $379 value.

  • This course will include: hands-on medicine making each month/ lessons from the module that incorporate other traditions into the learning/ herb samples/ experiential exercises/wild plant foraging/ gardening wisdom/ all homework for Rosemary’s course corrected & returned to the student.

  • Plants will be shared in the spring.

  • You will have two certifications at the end: one from TIOSN and one from Rosemary Gladstar.

  • You will have two instructors, Alison Birks and Joan Palmer, with possible guest appearances.

  • The cost will be $2,300

  • There will be a $300 deposit required to hold your spot, with the remainder due at the start of the program. These fees are nonrefundable.
