Join us for a Morning of Mushrooms where we will explore the medicinal as well as edible mushrooms found around our area. We will show you how to prepare some of our delicious, local, edible mushrooms, how to extract their powerful and important medicine as well as how best to dry and store your harvest. We will discuss the important sustainability issues around forging for fungi in our regional ecosystems.
