
Trees have long been used as food and medicine in North America. Join The Institute Of Sustainable Nutrition as we take you on a winter foray to teach you how to sustainably harvest from some of our local trees. We will head back into the kitchen to share tea and learn how to use our harvest to make delicious, nutritious food and medicine. You will leave with knowledge, recipes, warmth and a tea to share with your family or friends.
